They take dogs and the AC worked
Quality Inn Thermopolis Near Hot SpringsIt's a very beat up and busted place, the hotel and town, but it does take dogs. The AC worked, our room was very worn and barely acceptable but at 130 a night it was half the price of the disgusting days inn Wyndham that we turned right around and walked out of in hot springs state park.... so... not much for options in this town.... run down places like this at least don't hassle you about the dog.... they waived the pet fee because they couldn't get the computer to work at check in. I don't think there should be a pet fee at this place, the people are doing more damage than a dog could ever do. It has the look and feel of something owned and operated by someone recently arrived from a third world country. Sub American standards but technically acceptable.
A dump. We walked right back out
Hot Springs Hotel & SpaDisgusting. A complete dump. Filthy, broken and beat up hotel, had one pet room available for $287 a night, thankfully we asked to see the room first because my husband is a 100% disabled veteran with a service dog.... the room was worse than the rest of the hotel, which was pretty bad... filthy room. We turned right around and walked out. We stayed at the Quality Inn across town for half the price which was also a dump but we weren't afraid to walk in the room at least. We can't believe this is a Wyndham property. Truck stops are better cared for.
