Satisfied

Yeah, we read the other reviews about the dirt and fleas and roaches, but we needed a pet friendly motel in our price range in the area and this fit the bill. We did not see any roaches or fleas, though we figure the former is a risk in Florida and the latter a risk in a pet friendly motel. Staff were friendly and accommodating, nothing unsafe was apparent nearby, there was a grassy area to walk our pets, and the bed was comfortable. The floor was filthy however, so much so that I ended up in shoes the whole time. It was also sticky like someone had tried to clean it and just moved dirt around. The first day the coffee was weak and disgusting, though normal the second morning. The maids did not clean while we were there. This is my preference but may not be yours. We stayed in the suite for five dollars more which we recommend. My parents did not and were less satisfied. It was not my favorite place to stay but we were satisfied.
