Dirty

We stayed just 1 night to bring our pet to UF vet hospital. Location was good with restaurants, shopping & distance to Vet Hospital. Easy to find. However that was the only positive. The non-smoking room we requested & paid for ...the smell of cigarette smoke hit us as soon as we opened the door. The room smelled terrible like cigarette smoke. Our belongings and pet smelled like that when we left! The room was dirty. Going outside during the night was uncomfortable due to the questionable guys randomly walking through the parking lots & hanging out in vehicles. I asked for an upgrade to a newer room & was told I was in one. I was not. The newer rooms have specified signs on door. Will never stay here or recommend it.
