Horrible hotel
Home2 Suites by Hilton Oxford ALWe had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. They double charged us for a room, and when we asked for a refund, we were accused of harassment and the staff hung up the phone on us. Unbelievably rude and terrible behavior
