Poor Management

As a previous volunteer for this organization, I can not endorse them, in particular the owner. The owner, Tina Chase, is unresponsive, unprofessional and, overall, abrasive. Part of her recent emails to her volunteers contained all caps, as if she were yelling to her volunteers. She provides excuse after excuse for her company’s lack of organization and follow through. After participating in this poorly ran Therapy Pets Unlimited volunteer organ, I asked to be removed as a volunteer. My advise to Tina Chase is to reevaluate her approach and management of this organization, and more important, be professional.
