Phenomenal service

The room was much nicer than we anticipated as we were upgraded to a King Suite without asking. There was champagne and dog treats waiting as we entered the room, a wonderful fireplace and comfortable warm bed. My dog was well greeted by all staff and I was too. Really a great experience for both people and dogs!!
