Nice Hotel, Sub Par Dog Services

The hotel is in a great location right in downtown and was clean and felt luxurious.

We chose this hotel however because not only is it large dog friendly, they seemed to offer a wide variety of pet services and catered to pet owners. We were provided with a dog bed and food bowl (just 1), and just a pamphlet with phone numbers of pet companies in the city. Maybe we were misinformed about what this place offered but we asked about pet sitting services and they just said yea there are places that do that in this city... of course there are, we came here because we thought you offered that service! So it was on us to find and set up last minute pet sitting accommodations. The company they have on their pamphlet is clearly no longer a pet sitting company (the woman who picked up after 3 calls asked if she could call me back when I inquired about her services. Never heard back from her.

Overall it was a nice place but from a pet perspective, this is not the dog all inclusive place we were expecting.
