Super dog friendly!
Riverside CafeWe had a quick bite to eat at the Riverside Cafe after leaving the dog beach. The food was basically what you'd expect from a casual outdoor dining experience at the shore (simple and a bit pricey). The Cafe was very dog friendly and offered water bowls and doggie food to purchase. Since my pup couldn't eat the doggie meal, I was able to get him a side order of grilled chicken which he loved. It also came with a doggie biscuit which was a nice bonus. Would definitely go back.

Great place! Dog approved!
Fisherman's Cove Conservation AreaWe took our dog here for the first time yesterday. The beach was actually a little bigger than I expected. It's the bay side so you won't find waves but it's a good height for your dog to go in, if he likes water, mine does not. The dogs were all well behaved and leashed and people were friendly. There was plenty of space to spread out, so that you were not on top of others. The beach itself is free but if you park in the lot there is a fee ($15 weekends). There are porta potties for humans nearby but no actual bathrooms, plus a hose to rinse off yourself and your dog if needed. There are 2 dog friendly restaurants that offer casual outdoor dining about a 5 minute walk from the beach. Really nice day for us.

Dog friendly place to hike.
Mills ReservationVery nice place to take a fall hike. There were many dogs off leash but all owners were very respectful before allowing their dogs to approach us.

Great place to bring your pup for outdoor dining
Missy's Main Street CafeWe are always looking for new places to try with our dog and this one did not disappoint. Staff were friendly, the food was very reasonably priced and they even have dog menu! Will be back.

Super dog friendly!
Grain Craft Bar + KitchenWe visited Grain today while visiting our daughter at University of Delaware. The waitress was very attentive to our dog and provided him with a water bowl too. Would definitely go back!
