Friendly and Cozy

The room was very nice, we had a two-bedroom on the ground floor (seeing as the ground floor is the only floor you can have large dogs on.). We had enough room to push the beds apart and put down a queen size air mattress for the four of us staying in the two-bedroom(3 humans, one large dog). our room was all carpet beside the bathroom and that made it the ideal spot to put his water bowl, the sink was a great size for filling up his bowl as well. I found myself inconvenienced when I had to stand outside in the cold winds while they cleaned the room because staff refused to enter or even SPEAK to us if the door was propped open when they were going room to room cleaning (A policy? fear of dogs? His rottie patterning? who knows). The shared lobby/Kitchen area was very nice, the breakfasts were delicious each day. Being able to make your own waffle right there is a bonus, the downside was having to take turns getting food in a timely manner because dogs are not to be left alone in the rooms even if crated. Besides that my boy was perfectly happy sharing an air mattress with me. I would stay again.
