They were so kind to my pup and me!

I usually spend 3 to 4 times the amount for a room when I go to Chicago. The hotel was in a great location by all the great shopping! Everyone was really great! Even when my dog had an accident they were all very sweet. The only downfall with a pet it is quite a walk to find a grassy spot. Worth it though. Thank you team! The supervisor and rest of team really went above and beyond
