Clean but lacking in maintenance

My hubby and I stayed here with our two dogs. Staff was friendly and the grounds had ample room to walk our dogs. The lobby needed repairs/upgrades. Portions of the lobby were missing baseboards ands the wall paper was peeling off in places. The sheets in the room were clean but one bed had sheets that appeared to have stains. Other than being dated the room was clean. I definitely wouldn't call this a Wyndham hotel.
