Spacious Room
Quality Inn & Suites VancouverThe room was very spacious, clean, and fairly quiet for a hotel room. They had a nice grassy area to walk the dogs, no dog bags available, but the space is quite nice.

Great Customer Service
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Carlsbad - Legoland AreaMy dog has never had an issue with an elevator before, but he was deathly afraid of the elevator at this hotel. He is 118 pounds, so not easy to get on an elevator when he doesn't want to get on it. After spending one night there, he still wouldn't get on the elevator the next morning and he doesn't do stairs so I asked the front desk if it was possible to switch to a ground floor room and they had no issues helping me out at all. They didn't have any clean when I asked and said they would call me once they had one available for me and they were also willing to move all of my stuff to the new room for me. I declined that offer since I had a lot of stuff and some of it was heavy, but the offer was still amazing!! The hotel is definitely old, but the rooms have been updated and are very clean. The pet relief area was better than at most hotels and they even had doggie poop bags there. They are one of the most dog-friendly hotels I've been too in a long time!!
