Great spot!

We were given a room on the ground floor with easy back door access to a grassy area and beautiful trail along the waterfront--a great place to take our dog for a walk. The hotel was also very quiet, which made easy for our sometimes-anxious border collie to settle down quickly and for us to sleep.
