Depends On The Class And Dog
PetSmart TrainingDon’t get me wrong, I really loved the trainers and I trust my dog with them. But if you choose a group class, it can be extremely overwhelming. My dog was great in a class with very few dogs, but when we moved to intermediate it seemed like they may have overbooked the class because there were just too many dogs for anything to get done. My dog got so overwhelmed that we would have to walk her around the store (which didn’t help and took us away from the class), and eventually had to just stop attending the class. Other dogs may do very well though!

Could Not Get An Update
PetSuites LexingtonWhen I left my dog for the night, the staff told me to call if I wanted an update. I called multiple times before they closed and no one answered my phone calls. They are also not transparent that there are no staff around at night. Don’t feel safe leaving my dog here.

Great Grooming!
PetSmart GroomingI’ve brought my very nervous dog multiple times and have never had a problem. She is always clean and soft and their furninator treatment is a game changer!
