Total Disappointment

Room was NOT pet friendly. No dog bed. No bowls. No puppy room service menu. Called Concierge and they said they'd take care of it. Brought me a single silver mixing bowl. The bed was high up, and my puppy had to sleep in it with me. I hardly slept a wink, worried he would fall out. I got hit with a $300 pet fee for no reason. And to top it off, the burger I got from room service made me sick.
