Clean but need a designated dog area

Really clean but staff not really helpful. When I entered the hotel the girl was on her phone and myself and another guest waited about 2-3 minutes before she even realized we were standing there to check in. Also no designated place for dogs to go to the bathroom. Had to bring her to a grass area that was in the parking lot close to cars coming in or in the back where it was dark. Otherwise it was a nice quiet and friendly place
