Convenient Location
Hotel EstesHotel Estes was a nice place to stay with 2 large dogs. After rearranging se of the furniture we had enough room for 3 people and the dogs. Accommodations were quaint and the room smelled nice and appeared clean.

Hotel response to issue dissatisfying
Comfort Suites Golden West on Evergreen ParkwayWe went here for the first time with our 2 dogs. There were kids running around above our room. We talked with the front desk about the issue 5 different times until they finally moved the heard of antelope that had been above us. This was around 2 am. They first suggested we move to an alternate room, what?? NO, my dogs were acting better than the kids upstairs that wasn't our fault! It seems this hotel has forgotten what customer service is about and they're afraid to approach guests who don't follow the rules. What kind of joint are they running??? If you're looking for a quiet night and your dogs to be at ease and sleep through the night I don't recommend this place at all!
