Amazing food and friendly staff!
Black Bear DinerThe wait was a little long due to only being able to sit on the patio with our pup but it was definitely worth the wait! I tried The Volcano with the sweet cream pancakes and they were AMAZING! I wish I had two stomachs to eat it all but even then I'm not sure I could finish it all. They give you soo much food! My husband had the Chicken Apple Sausage Egg meal and even he couldn't finish the whole thing. The staff was very nice and friendly and had water bowls set out for their furry visitors. Would definitely come back here!

Allows Dogs but smelled
Sequim Bay LodgeStarted off very excited they allowed dogs but quickly turned down hill. The room we had was supposed to be non-smoking but it reeked of smoke and a musty smell. Went down to see let them know and see if we could switch rooms...instead they gave us a very strong smelling spray. Told us to spray it once or twice and then let ot sit for about 5 min. So we tried it...it kind of worked. Its masked the smell but then we had to open the windows to air out that smell as well. We went out to have dinner, came back and tried to connect to the internet. To say that the internet was slow is an understatement. It couldn't load anything on my phone or my laptop. My husband seemed to have a little more luck but his internet kept stopping to buffer a lot. They do have a meadow for the dogs. They must be kept on leash but its pretty big and a really nice walk. Plenty of garbage cans to throw away dog poop as well. At the time we were here the pool and hot tub we're closed due to covid19. As we left today our still smelled like smoke and that spray stuff they gave us. We had left windows and even our door open during most of our stay. All in all, I wouldn't stay here for more than one night as I'm passing thru, make sure to bring a book, card game, do not rely on the internet. But it was nice to take our dog with us as we celebrated our anniversary.

Good food!
Las PalomasExcited to come here since it allowed dogs in their outdoor seating areas. Took a while to find someone to let them know we were here. Got our menus, chips and water...and then nothing. We went inside trying to find someone and couldn't find anyone to take our order. Finally after waiting for about 20 min someone came out. Luckily the food was good. I got the shredded beef grande enchilada and my husband had the carnw asada tacos and seafood chimicanga. Would come back if passing thru.
