Staff is great and helpful! Room is basic for a place to lay your head for the night. Plenty of grassy areas for your pup to take care of business. Most annoying thing was another guest that checked in at 2 AM running, moving, starting and turning off/on his his diesel truck 5 times. Finally ending at 4:30am, but not the hotel's fault.

Fun hotel to stay at but it is located on campus and have to park in a ramp and take 2 elevators to get to your room. It’s located on campus and is busy. They didn’t care I had three dogs either. There is a grass area for your pups but make sure you bring your own bags as they don’t supply. Restaurant staff and bar were fun.

The place is nice and looks newly remodeled. The room did have a stale smell when we got in. There already was a dehumidifier inside so we ran that which helped.

We usually stay at La Quinta because there is no additional pet fee, allow larger dogs and cheaper. After having an unpleasant experience and reading reviews with La Quinta we decided to pay a little more and stay at the Sheraton. I was blown away by their friendliness, hearing our request and the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was gorgeous and the bed was so comfortable. They had a lawn area with doggie bags which we always appreciate. The room service was fantastic. Spend the extra cash and stay here they won’t disappoint. They also gave us a bone as a parting gift.

I have learned La Quinta’s are hit and miss. This one is definitely a miss. On arrival had to wait for someone to return to the front desk about 10 minutes. Service was less than friendly. Booked a room for 2 queen beds and got a handicap room with 1 full size bed that was harder than a rock to sleep on. Staff provided no information on WiFi, breakfast or dog relief area. Felt like I had things crawling on my legs during the night. The hotel is just run-downed. There was also a question on the weight of my dogs which I have never been asked before. Pay the extra money and book a room at the Holiday Inn across the freeway. They take care of you so much better, it’s cleaner and dog friendly. I will not stay at this La Quinta again.

My second visit this year. Clean, quiet, plenty of lawn area for your pup to take care of business. Beds are comfortable. Absolutely enjoyed our stay if I’m ever through the area I would definitely stay here again.

If you like a stuffy and moldy smell and cold shower book this place. The room smelled, the shower never got warm after running 5 minutes. The outside looks great but once inside the place is sad. I have stayed at many La Quinta’s and this was the worse. Read the reviews! At least they served a breakfast and were dog friendly but I would pass spending $200 a night at this place.

Short walk to river walk and Okay to stay for night. Felt safe there.

Great place to stop for the night. Super clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are basic with no fridge but it’s a safe place to rest your head.

Nothing fancy. Okay to crash for a night and that’s about it.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean and modern. The beds very comfortable. The hotel is just across the street from the beach which was wonderful. Dogs loved it too.

We stayed here because it was cheap and dog friendly. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and staff was accommodating. They have a large grass area in middle of motel for dogs which was nice. Our only issue was the stray dogs lurking around and all the activity which made our pup bark more than usual.

The hotel is clean and that’s about it. We booked this hotel because of previous reviews and was supposed to be dog friendly. The staff was rude upon entry, not accommodating for a room close to entrance being we had our fur kids. Can only access hotel through front entrance. Guest are not allow to use stairways or other entrances. There is an additional fee for parking and being we had 2 vehicles it was another $60 bucks on top of $90 room. The front desk staff that checked us in didn’t do correct paperwork so when we walked in she yelled at us through the lobby to fill out paperwork for fur kids. Mind you at check in we said we had fur kids. This was just humiliating. It wasn’t worth the price to just be close to river walk.

We were passing by and spent the night with our fur kids. They gave us a room right by the door for easy access out. Room was clean and staff friendly. We had a nice stay.
