barebones experience (with no dog bones to be found anywhere)

basic room, basically clean, barebones breakfast with not enough seating, scratchy bedding with a thin-as-paper “blanket” and top cover. lots of kids... and noise. nothing special for our pooch, not even a doggie treat. altogether a barebones, meh experience.
