Upset By Our German Shepherd

We just checked out this am. Manager called us to tell us we had a complaint about our dog barking at 530pm. We returned the call thinking the manager would be on our side because this is a DOG HOTEL. He asked us if we were leaving the dog in the room by hisself. He also said the person complaining came up to our room and knew it was coming from our room. We explained we would never leave the dog alone and he only barked maybe 5 times at that time. He asked how long we were staying and said that he may have to move us to a corner room. It made us be on the defense and worried for the rest of the trip. Also the pool was freezing. They kept saying they would turn it up but never did. Very disappointed at 180$ a night plus pet fee and in the last week of October.
