Friendly staff

The hotel was just converted from a Baymont suites hotel. It’s obvious only the signage was updated. The staff was nice & helpful, but said they were in a transition phase. Our room smelled badly & had carpet stains. My dog was nuts sniffing the room. The stairwell to the outside was awful ( had to go thru every time you took the dog out).
