Rude front desk

Came and was told to park across the street, but the parking garage was full. I drove around in the only one that was open was 6 min away. I tried calling the front desk to get another option but the guy didn't care and even hung up on me when asked if I can talk to the manager. I called back to cancel and got hung up on again.
