As awful as I could have predicted.

This motel is so run-down that it’s hilarious. There were rancid housekeeping bins in the hallway outside of rooms that reeked of human waste, the entire building smelled like cigarette smoke, and the walls were so paper thin that I could hear the people down the hall...ahem...making whoopie. I get that this is a discount motel chain, but there *has* to be some kind of standard, right? The window was partially detached from the wall which meant my room was freezing cold all night (it dropped down below 20 degrees overnight so I felt every bit of chill the outside had to offer) and the thermostat was useless. I’m definitely not staying here again. Ever.
