We recommend this place!
Days Inn by Wyndham SimpsonvilleWe are local but our AC went out so we tried to go as inexpensive as we could. We tried two other places before we found this one, wish we had found it first. The floors are the nice looking plank vinyl in our room, which I love, it was freshly mopped when we came in, it smelled clean. Our king bed in room 104 was comfy. There's a table and two chairs for enjoying dinner in, a microwave and fridge, a pool, it's quiet, and the staff are friendly. Oh, and the room is large enough so that even though we could take advantage of the on site gym, we just did yoga in the room. We highly recommend El Tejano, a walk across the street, for dinner. There's a great Irish pub, a Walmart, and a Baskin Robbins with in walking distance. Anthony's pizza is an easy walk if you want pizza.

Complete disrepair
Motel 6 Greenville SCThere are bugs everywhere and the place is in complete disrepair. The Motel 6 in Simpsonville is comparable but clean and in good repair - go there instead.

Good management
Motel 6 Simpsonville SC - GreenvilleThis hotel is a great price, I feel more safe here than at others in the same price range. The room was clean and the staff friendly. On the older side but I love the plank floors because it feels less dirty and I'm less nervous about my elderly dog having an accident. They have a nice potty area for your pup(s).
