Great Hotel
Aloft Jacksonville AirportThis is a really nice hotel in a great location. I felt a little out of place with the dog because it was so nice. No microwave in the room, which is a deal breaker for me because I like to stay put when traveling by myself.

Great dog friendly hotel
Holiday Inn Santee an IHG HotelThis Holiday Inn was a great stop for us. The staff was very friendly. Pet-friendly rooms are on the 4th floor, but the room was very clean, and had no sign of previous pets. This is going to become one of my regular stops when traveling north.

Good location
Comfort Inn on the OceanStaff was very helpful. Location right on the beach. Beach access is tight and offers very little space for people enter and exiting the beach.
