Discrimination

My dogs are ESA’s & I have a doctor’s letter stating I need them for support. Front desk still tried to charge me for my dogs & then denied me the room bc they said I need a license for the dogs when that’s not true for ESA’s, only service dogs. If I could give them a zero rating I would.
