Not the cleanest
Hyatt Regency Suites Atlanta NorthwestWe stayed here for an overnight on our road trip 8/6/20. We were dissatisfied by the lack of cleanliness in the room, bugs in the shower, and a coffee machine in the room without cups. In the era of COVID and need for hygiene this was disappointing.

Did the job
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Independence-Kansas City an IHG HotelThe hotel was fine for our quick over Night stop. Lots of food options near by. We had reserved a non smoking room and our initial room smelled horribly of smoke. The staff quickly remediated the situation and we were given another room.
