Awesome

My husband and I and our three grandkids and our dog were stranded in aurora Illinois for hours. After an accident on interstate. There wasnt 1 rental car or hotel room in the city. I called this hotel and they offered to let us spend several hours in their lobby. It was cold and rainy. Made us feel very welcome. What was a very stressful day,turned out to not be near as horrible as it could have been. Thanks to lodge and their emplyees. I will always remember the hospitality we received from them. Thank you so much to the nice lady on evening shift for keeping us warm and dry until our son picked us up. Bob our dog loved her.
