Rude staff
Red Roof Inn Raleigh North-Crabtree Mall/PNC ArenaFirst room smelled like Cigarettes and booze. Changed rooms was easy and the rooms are actually decent. Staff is extremely rude and not welcoming whatsoever. It’s very confusing trying to check in..there were signs to check in with a bell..but no one there you have to walk inside the next door and they’re was the front desk looking and didn’t even acknowledge us. ALSO SHE TRIED TO CHARGE ME $20 FOR MY DOG! I told her I had an email confirmation from BringFido stating there was no extra fee (the whole reason I stayed) she did not charge after I showed her. No dog poop bags anywhere so don’t forget yours.
