Great dog friendly hotel
Aloft Oklahoma City Downtown BricktownWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay while we were in Oklahoma City and our hotel was completely comfortable and dog friendly. There was a nice dog park just around the corner and a dog beauty parlor and pet supply shop at the rear of the hotel. This is a fabulous choice for people traveling with their fur family!
Disappointing
Best Western HickoryI am sorry to have to write this review but we stayed last night at this Best Western and our room was really kind of yucky. The carpets had wet spots all around so we never took off our shoes and slept with flip flops by the bed. The sheets were damp and the bedroom smelled of mould. We decided to sleep in our clothes to eliminate contact with the damp sheets as much as possible. These rooms are old, exterior loaded with through wall a/c units so that may explain the wet carpet and the damp sheets and mustiness. it just felt gross to us. The desk clerk could not have been nicer or more welcoming, so that was a positive but we will never stay here again. We only chose it because it was pet friendly.
