Friendly Staff - Accommodating for pets

Very friendly staff, well prepared for my arrival with my pets.
Room was on the ground floor as noted in BringFido.

The room was in the "historical" building which does seem like an old prison cell, but was NOT on the train tracks side so I was grateful.
The room initially smelled of smoke, but turning on the A/C & Fan cleared that up.
My pets and I slept comfortably.

The designated "pet areas" are not grassy and show sings of many other owners NOT cleaning up after their pets - smh.

Overall would stay again.

BONUS: there is a dog park a couple of blocks away with lights that is open until 10pm!
