Very nice people and clean hotel
Americas Best Value Inn St. Clairsville WheelingThe rooms and the grounds are very clean, did not see any trash anywhere. The staff were very friendly and gave good advice when trying to find someplace for dinner. That said it is very close to a mall area so there is plenty of options.
It was nice and quiet and a very good dog walking area right outside our room.

Not a great stay
Days Inn by Wyndham BoonvilleWe stayed at this hotel and found cigerette butts on the hallway floor, not a great start to a stay. Also we were on the third floor and there is no elevator, which made multiple trips to walk the dog a bit of a chore.
The area was nice enough, with fast food and mini-marts available in walking distance if you are so inclined.

Next to a construction site
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Indianapolis Airport Executive DrThe staff were friendly and the room was OK, but the outside door at our end of the building would not let you in. Some grass for walking the dog but was next to construction site with materials and trash everywhere.
