Very friendly staff, not great accommodations

The staff was extremely friendly; however, the accommodations were not ideal. We had reserved and paid for a king suite with a pullout bed, but the king suite did not have a pullout bed. It was a bit uncomfortable for a family of 4 to stay in the room. Also, the blinds were broken and would not go down all the way, so we had highway lights shining into our room all night. There was no hand soap in our room. For one night, it was ok, but we likely will not stay there again.
