Just OK. Wouldn’t recommend.
Travelodge by Wyndham MansfieldThe accommodation itself was fine. It was clean, but the room had a strong musty/cigarette smoke smell. The man who was working when we pulled in at 3AM was rude at check-in. After my first experience at another hotel using this app, I assumed my card was on file and he was less than polite about it. After I had paid and was pulled up to my room unloading the car, he approached me without word and told me I had to pay for my dog, which I felt was inappropriate and rude in his tone and approach. I apologized for him not knowing I had a dog and explained that since, again, I booked through the app that they were aware of my dog. He said the app never tells them anything as he was walking away. The person working in the morning was very pleasant and professional, so I can’t totally knock the entire operation. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Clean Accommodation, Friendly Staff
Best Western Plus Midwest Inn & SuitesI checked in at 2am and was happy to see the place looked very clean and the night staff member was friendly and efficient. Very pleased with the stay and would recommend to anyone.
