Great location and extremely friendly front desk

Great location and extremely friendly front desk. The hotel is a little bit run down and you can tell dogs are allowed to stay there. Which is, of course, why we chose it so we really cannot complain. Lots of pups of all sizes everywhere which made us feel very welcome with our 100 pound dog. Linens and room were nice and clean although the floor and carpet were very damp when we checked in at midnight. Not sure if they wash or shampoo the rugs but we needed to wear shoes or it was uncomfortable on our feet. This is our second time staying there and we would definitely recommend to those traveling with dogs and will likely stay there again. Another plus is it is located in a neighborhood where you can easily walk your dog.
