Wouldn’t allow us to cancel or reschedule

Wouldn’t allow us to cancel or reschedule even with a severe snow storm in the area. Tried to reschedule or be refunded, as it was unsafe to travel to the area in severe snow and ice conditions, and was told this was not possible. We obviously did not end up staying and risking driving in 6 inches of snow and ice, but still had to pay $150.
