Terrible service

We told the hostess twice we had a dog and needed patio seating. We were told 20-30 min wait and they would text us. We get the notification and they don't have a patio table for our dog. We asked to speak to the manager. He was rude and unaccommodating. He didn't even try to make it right. Worst service in Jackson!!
