No place to poop

We had a puppy who slept in a crate. The room we got was on the second floor, making it extremely difficult to maneuver. Worst of all, there is absolutely nowhere on the property to take a dog for a walk. It is in a downtown area with busy traffic and greasy spoon restaurants. Very disappointing.
