If I could give it negative bone rating, I would. We tried to check in at 1 and were told to come back after 3. We finally got checked In around 4:30 and the parking lot had several sketchy looking people hanging around and sitting in parked cars with doors open and loud music thumping. The room was not very clean. Very old, stained carpet and furniture. The sink in the bathroom was completely clogged and wouldn’t drain. When I called I was told no maintenance people were on site, it was too late in the day. They offered to bring me a plunger. Loud running in halls and above me so my fogs barked non-stop. The TV didn’t work to offer a distraction. To top off the stay the fire alarm was set off at 5:00 am which scared my dog who then had a seizure. Just an around horrible experience.
