Nice hotel but not the most friendly

The hotel is nice considering it allows pets. The staff was not totally accommodating or friendly, the front desk lady kind of talks over you. The location also isn’t great, it’s difficult to get to and the closest gas station is about 8 min away. Overall we are satisfied but definitely room for improvements.
