Great place!

ConfluxCity Brewing Company

nice little spot with a simple, but well prepared and filling menu. They brought a Styrofoam cup of water to our dog. We hung out outside in the grassy area, one had to stay put with the dog while the other went inside, so not 100% dog friendly, but still close enough for a nice pack outing.

Very Dog Friendly!

Fort Mackinac Tea Room

Prices are reasonable enough, but keep in mind you're paying for the view, not the quality of the food. You do need to pay for entry into the Fort in order to eat here.

They were very accommodating of my dog, even brought a bowl of water for her. It started raining and they offered to move us to a covered part of the patio. The waitstaff were very friendly to dog and human alike!

Good food!

C.J's Grub Stop

I'm writing this in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. Lots of places are low on supplies, like ice cream. Even without a butter scotch milkshske, my boyfriend and I loved our food. I got a patty melt and the bread was perfectly grilled, the onions fresh, and seasoning perfect on the patty. He got a burger with cheese and ketchup. Fries were crisp and not too salty. If you like salt, you may need to add more. There were no fountain drinks, you get a single can with your combo meal, but I'm kinda ok with that considering the petri dish communal fountain soda machines can be and we're in times of covid.

Prices were average, not inflated at all like they can be in resort towns.

As for dog friendly? Its hidden in a dog friendly outdoor mall. Your dog can't go in when you order, but they can hang out with you at the outdoor seating area. They bring your food out to your table after you order at the counter. All in all, would come again when I'm craving a burger. Hope they survive the pandemic.
