Fit the bill!

This was a last minute trip to get out of the smoke of the Central Valley caused by wildfires. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable (the most important factor to me, after cleanliness of course.) The room smelled of apricot deodorizer, but there were no bad smells as the scent faded. There was a small grassy area for the dogs that worked well. There is a gravel trail along the not very scenic river, the dogs enjoyed it. I bet it is prettier when the River is full during spring.
Fortuna is just a short drive from dog friendly walking trails of the beautiful urban parks of Eureka And Arcata.
