Front desk agent at check in

Hampton Inn Dunn

We booked to make sure it was with pets although I’m an Hilton Honors member. When my significant other got to the hotel prior to me they would not check him in although his credit card is what was on file for payment. Nor did the man at desk suggest reaching out to me. Upon my arrival the man told me that my significant other was uptight. He explained the Hilton policy which I know very well. I booked this thru Fido so I didn’t add his name, my fault. However with the way the front desk older man spoke to Mark and then myself about Mark I think this is something that needs to be addressed and I feel that we should be offered some sort of credit on this room. Please get back to me about this situation. Thank you.
