Convenient location

For the price, this place was ok. The room had a VERY strong smell from whatever they are cleaning with. The surfaces and bathroom were clean but the bedspread was not. It was ok for a quick one night stop and it's always nice to have no hassle staying overnight with our pup.

Friendly, efficent and clean

Best Western Big Bear Chateau

We had a great experience at Best Western Big Bear Chateau. The staff was friendly, welcoming and responded quickly to our needs (our TV was not connecting). The room was clean and comfortable. The "Covid-style" breakfast was efficient, quick and a really nice surprise! We highly recommend this location and look forward to returning soon.
