Perfect stay
Longacre of AppomattoxBeautiful Bed and Breakfast in a huge Tudor home on an amazing and large property. We stayed in the Magnolia room which was full of nice touches. There was even a private entrance so our little fur friend, Carl, had easy access to the outdoors. Dana and Lara were the ultimate hosts who frequently checked that we were all having a great visit. Breakfast was yummy too!
Babcock House was amazing!
The Babcock HouseWe sat on the screened in porch for dinner last night. Our dog, Carl was greeted with many "hello friend" and given a bowl of water before we ordered. During our meal, just about everyone that worked there came by the table multiple times to play with and talk to him. Aside from being very dog friendly, the food for the humans was beyond amazing!! Sadly however, it seems the restaurant will soon be closing, focusing more on Catering and the guests at the Inn (which is currently not pet friendly) if you're in the area, call to see if that plan to close has changed.
