Good not great

Let’s talk about checking in. Very long line - one person at the desk. I explained one of our two dogs was a service dog with paperwork and therefore excluded from the charge. The ENTIRE time I was speaking g to her, she was deep in conversation with a member of housekeeping trying to effect a room change. Took her forever and received no information on parking, directions to our room or the breakfast options for the morning. Room was standard and clean but our hallway was sketchy.

As I walked our dogs in from a walk (and I had to figure out where to take them) I was followed by a man asking to smoke weed with him. Had to run back to my room. Also that same night, we awoke to several loud arguments and 6:30 am awoke to a family of 9 having breakfast in the hallway. The cherry on top was that I was charged for my service dog. I had to request a receipt because I prepaid through BringFido and they gave me a hard time about that. Took the new (better) person just a couple minutes to fix it. The room was good, just nothing else.

Great stop off I 95…

It was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Did have a larger dog in the next room barking throughout the night but hey, it happens when pets get anxious. I would definitely stop here again and have bookmarked it for that purpose.
