Clean but tiny
Discovery LodgeWe had an overnight stay at Discovery Lodge for some R & R. The room was clean but very small. There was 1 chair and a tiny table. We picked up a pizza for dinner and our small pizza took up the table space. You cannot leave pets alone in the room (crated or not). We did take our dog to the lobby for the breakfast (all the food was cold and needed reheating). There were so many people in line to use the microwave, I ended throwing my food away. You'd be better off fixing a plate and taking it back to your room to reheat. Our toilet didn't flush and the towel bar fell off of the wall when my husband took the towel off. He was able to fix the toilet and towel bar and reported it when we checked out. It would've been nice to have a trash can in the bathroom and a stopper for the sink for contact wearers. The staff was very nice and refunded the pet fee for the trouble. There is a nice area to walk your dog. Not sure we will be back.

Great stop!
Skeeter BarnesThis was a great stop on our cross country drive! Yummy food and very pet friendly. Several outdoor tables to sit at and they'll bring your dog a bowl of water. Yankee gives it 5 paws!
