Good Walking Zone

New hotel with a good area for walking down near the river. This property services a tech park on a former steel factory site and is not part of a neighborhood so there are no businesses to walk to unless you want to walk across a bridge to the Hot Metal District on the south bank of the river. Parking is $20 a night - ouch! Something there was no notice of before I arrived. However - if you're there on a weekend, there is street parking.
