Charges for pets

I read the reviews on their website and then contacted this hotel's reservation dept. directly. They informed me that they charge a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per nig7ht for a pet...almost the cost of a one night room rental for 2 adults! My dog is only 4 lbs and would be crated if I was going to be out of the room for dinner, otherwise he would be with me while I was out of the room! This is an outrageous amount...especially when they advertise on your site as having "no pet fee"!!!
